PokéRestore
PokéRestore is a Pokémon card cleaning and restoration service for collectors in France and across Europe. I created the complete product experience—from the brand and interface to the commerce flow—and I personally carry out every restoration.
The site makes a specialist service feel clear and trustworthy: collectors can understand the process, choose a service, submit the details of their cards, pay securely, and follow their order from shipment through return delivery.

Customer Experience
The marketing site introduces the restoration process, builds confidence with clear service information, and guides collectors toward an order without overwhelming them.
The order flow captures the information needed to assess and process each card, then moves customers into a secure Stripe Checkout flow. After payment, they can track their restoration through each stage—from shipment and reception to completion and return delivery.
Built for France and Europe
PokéRestore is fully localized for its audiences, with French for customers in France and English for the rest of Europe. The project includes locale-aware SEO, hreflang metadata, a sitemap, Open Graph images, and Markdown content for the blog and legal pages.

Operations Dashboard
Alongside the customer experience, I built an owner-only dashboard for managing the service: updating order statuses, uploading reception and finished-card photos, adding tracking information, and issuing additional charges when needed.
